“I bought this as I have dry sensitive skin. The product is nice and creamy, unfortunately it just didn’t work for my skin. However the customer service was amazing! Within hours, facetheory had recommended an alternative and placed a order for the replacement. They really do live up to their amazing customer service reputation. I have other facetheory products that I love and will continue to use them, as they are an amazing company in terms of product and customer service.”

“As an extremely dry skin gal, I initially thought that this moisturizer wasn't going to be hydrating enough for me due to the fact that it looks matte when applied, plus makeup was not sitting well on top of it.. BUT! I found out that the more time goes by the more this moisturizer warms up to your face and starts looking glowy, so now I just wait as long as I can (30mins-1hr) before applying makeup and I encounter no issues. I also noticed my skin looking brighter when using it, so nice!”

“Briefly, I will continue caring my skin with FaceTheory products. I wait too long to receive the products. The bottles are tiny (although the volume is noted, I imagined something huge!). By the way, when I received my order the packaging and the glass bottles satisfied me; no more complaints!!! I really appreciate FaceTheory for respecting nature with using those glass bottles which let us cut down on waste (I also mentioned that in my Instagram). The smell is nice (not saturated with unnecessary scents), and it gives the skin a sense of long-term freshness. I use it almost every night and totally satisfied with it.”
