“Diese Produkte gehören zu meiner täglichen Gesichtspflege. Lange litt ich unter Spannung im Gesicht und kleinen Unreinheiten aber dank den Vitamin Pflegeset von euch, bin ich mega Zufriedenheit mit meiner Haut. Allein der Gedanke , dass ich Produkte benutze die nicht an Tieren getestet wurden bringt meine Haut zum strahlen.”

“Been using this regime for a few months now not impressed getting a lot of spots. Moisturiser is very sticky doesn’t absorb well into the skin. Serum not doing anything for me. Not keen on packaging would prefer a pump.”

“This has been the WORST nightmare of my whole life. After waiting TWO MONTHS for the products to arrive in Spain (meanwhile they kept sending me promotional emails saying that they were sending without delays) and having to send it 3 times, it finally arrived. It gave me a HORRIBLE reaction, my forehead is all red and itchy and both my eyelids are drooping. I honestly hope this is temporary, because otherwise you have absolutely ruined my face. And I had tested the products in a small spot of my skin before using them on the whole forehead and nothing bad had happened. I include a photo of my face as it is right now if I don't force any expression.”

Really sorry to hear about this Javier, I've asked someone to contact you right away with a refund. And apologies for the delivery issue. Unfortunately at the time we sent your order Spain had blocked imports of cosmetics from non EU countries. Although most of the time we ship from Germany we did ship from the UK on this order. “The moisturiser goes on so nicely and makes my (oily/combination) skin feel so smooth. The n10 serum is amazing and I feel likes it's really reducing breakouts and letting acne heal faster. Cleanser works very well”
