“The delivery arrived within 3 days, wow! At first, I thought the products wouldn´t work for me because my skin got A LOT worse. My skin condition hasn´t ever been so bad before. So I contacted facetheory and they answered my email after 2h already. I was told that I might experience an acne purge, which can happen to you when using new exfoliating products. It will look like a huge breakout, but only lasts up to 4 weeks till your skin gets better. Fortunately, at the end of week two, my skin condition already improved and after three weeks, I can see a huge difference! I´m so glad that I´ve finally found a cosmetic brand that sells clean beauty and works for my skin. Highly recommend.”

“I have been using this kit for close to a month now and I have seen big improvements in my skin, most notably in my acne scarring and redness which has gone down a lot. As someone with oily skin prone to breakouts, I was impressed by the moisturizer which is so light but leaves my skin still so supple. The serum has helped a lot with my problem areas where the scarring is. As for the cleanser, my only complaint is that I wish it would also take off my eye makeup as I'm used to other cleansers doing. However this one is very gentle and leaves my skin moisturized also instead of drying. Great experience overall!”

“Overall pleasant experience. At first I was sent a scented version of the cleanser but as soon as I told them of this, they quickly set up a return and I was able to get an unscented version. Maybe email them in advance of which one you would like! In terms of the actual products: It has been around a month of consistent usage of all three products. I do feel like some larger pores have been reduced and my skin feels smoother and better in texture over all. In terms of acne, I am not sure if I have seen change in this yet - I am still getting the same amount of spots as I was getting before. I am not completely satisfied with the cleanser, and not sure if I would buy again because of the container it comes in. I feel like because I have to dip my fingers into the container, the product might be getting contaminated. Maybe a spoon should have been provided with it, or it should have come in a tube so the product is fully protected. Secondly, I like to use it once a day not twice in order to avoid drying. I would most likely purchase the moisturiser again as it is a good consistency for my oily skin. I would also purchase the serum again, as I can see some acne marks fading and it feels good on my skin.”

Hi Anon Thanks for the review. You don't really have to worry about contamination with the cleanser. The pH is very low and cosmetic products in the EU are formulated to be resistant to contamination. If you'd like a refund for that product do let us know at help@facetheory.com Jamie
