“I thought the organic cotton cloth would be an added bonus but I prefer not to use it. It does need to be washed first to soften it. I also didn't pay attention to the reoccurring purchase. I never attend to that but must have clicked something I never saw. Thankfully, I reported this error after receiving the notice of another shipment after a week! The FaceTheory customer service are kind and understanding. This product is perfect for my skin, use this every night to remove makeup and cleanse. I'm in my mid 60's, prefer gentle, as pure products as I can afford.”

“A small amount removes make up easily when finishing with the hot cloth. Leave my skin moisturised, smooth and soft. It smells lovely too. Great product.”
