“Both products have quality ingredients and do really well what they are supposed to do. I, too, had a hard time unlocking the pump though but finally managed to do it. Hand wash: lathers moderately, leaves your hands clean but not the least bit stripped. Hand cream: leaves NO greasy residue, protects your hands really well.”

“Really lovely set. It comes in a lovely gift box, but I didn’t buy them as a gift, I bought them for me. The products are really nice and my hands are feeling much better for them. My only problem is with the hand wash pump, I couldn’t unlock the pump to begin with and I had to take it out of the bottle and got in a mess trying to unlock it! My other issue is that you get a lot of hand wash with each pump, maybe enough for two washes, which I feel is a bit of a waste.”
