“I feel the product is a good one however the customer service is lacking. I sought assistance to adjust my routine as I wasn't fully satisfied with the outcome and found no help there. Responses were quick but the person responding got my name wrong and suggested the same product I had already purchased and was using and was not entirely satisfied. I was left to adjust it by myself.”

“I love all three products. The smell and consistency is great on all the products. I really feel the vitamin c serum helps prevent and soothe my breakouts as well. I think the packaging is really nice if you were to give this as a gift.”
