“I quite like the soap but not 100%. The scent is wonderful and makes me want to wash my hands all the time. But despite it feels less drying than regular soap, it does not seem as good as my usual hand soap. Perhaps it's due to the ph? My soap is 5.5 which I started to use due to eczema and so far nothing beat it. I had no problems with the pump, probably got the good batch.”

“The product is good but it’s the only one out of the whole brand that I wouldn’t repurchase. The pump is terrible. It’s weird coz it’s the same pump as everything else that’s got one. The others are perfectly fine all the time. But this one particular product though, seems to have all the pump problems.”

“This cleanser is absolutely wonderful. So mild but effective and leaves hands much softer and hydrated and smells really nice. We will be reordering from now on especially in winter. My daughter has horrible eczema on her hands and this is the only cleanser we will use going forward. Well worth the price because you only need a tiny bit. I love it so much that I think it works as well as a mild face and body cleanser—you can use it everywhere! Please don’t ever stop making this product❣️”

“Gorgeous smell shame about the pump! I ordered this product as a gentle hand wash for my sensitive hands. It arrived in a nice glass bottle but I was unable to open the pump. A replacement was quickly sent out and I can’t fault the speed of delivery. The second bottle was also stuck and my husband was eventually able to force it open. The pump mechanism needs some thought as it does not work smoothly and only a small amount of hand wash is dispensed on each press. It is cheap and flimsy and lets down an otherwise lovely product.”

“I love this product, since most hand washes are incredibly drying. The only thing I would love to see is a refill size without the pump that is much larger. It would save packaging waste and allow for people to buy in bulk, since I wash my hands quite often.”
