“The old saying "If it ain't broken - don't fix it" - literally applies to this FaceTheory product after formula change. The first bottle I purchased was still before formula change and it was my holy grail of holly grail products - YES it was that good to my complicated skin. Second bottle purchase after formula change... don't think the new formula is bad (its good if you have not tried it before the reformulation), but the best way to explain it - it feels diluted, you know, like i would have taken old formula, used half the jar and then filled with water to last longer, and the ingredient they added just does not bring anything new to the table. Even the texture and the smell of the product feels more diluted. It is slightly stickier and takes longer to soak up in the skin My skin is dry, sensitive, rosacea prone with compromised skin barrier, so I need something soothing and calming, that would heal my skin and help to recover. The old formula was exactly that. The new one - like your little copy cat sister that is sort of trying to do the same thing but in less pottant way... Will i be repurchasing this for a third time? I don't know... While my skin can't handle even moisturiser without it, I probably will, but definitely not happy with FT changing this AMAZING product in this way...”

“I swear by using this in my morning routine. After reading reviews I was sceptical but it doesn’t smell horrible and it feels great on my skin. I started buying facetheory products a few months ago after trying literally everything to clear my acne. From pharmacy prescribed, your everyday brands and those advertised on instagram - I was spending a fortune and my skin was so damaged I didn’t think anything would help. My friend told me to try face theory in one last attempt to rescue my spot covered, red, oily yet dry skin. I did facetheorys skin type test so I could find out the recommended products and went all out! I built a large routine (more than I needed to) but my skin is amazing! No burning, soreness, redness, scarring is reducing more and more, it feels great and most importantly for me, my skin is finally not covered in spots! I’ve only been using the products for 3 months and I’m hoping soon my skin will be an even tone and hardly a sign of the acne I’ve been suffering the last two years! My routine is the following: Clarifying cleanser Pro twice a day Ocuwake Eye Cream twice a day Centasoothe serum AM Supergel oilfree moisturiser AM Colloidal-C Anti-Redness Toner PM Relaxing night cream AM Porebright serum PM I also use the green tea face mask once a week and the pink clay mask once a week The best part is the containers last ages so it doesn’t cost loads. I’m 3 months in and half way through!”

“I bought this product along with the one for rosacea but so far I haven't seen any change, I have dark, oily skin on the T-zone and frankly for the first time since I bought it from facetheory I'm disappointed, I have acne scars on my nose and I was hoping they would go away or even diminish. I will continue to use the product but I'm not getting my hopes up. The pore serum, on the other hand, works wonders. But not this one!”
