“Ive only been using this product a few days- so I have not seen major results yet. But I wanted to write a review anyway. The products I purchased were the face toner/mist with prickly pear and cactus extract, this centasoothe serum, and the azelaic acid serum. This centasoothe serum called out to me because of the dragon's blood. My skin has been breaking out horribly lately, and im a breastfeeding mom so i am avoiding retinol products right now. I really am desperate for something, anything, to clear up my skin. Dragon's Blood extract seems to be an ingredient that can help acne so I started researching products that contain it. The problem is I am super picky about ingredients!! I stay away from coconut oil, capric/caprylic trigycerides, cocoa butter, certain emulsifiers...so many ingredients that are pore clogging- and they are in EVERYTHING! Even products that say they are for acne! I happened upon facetheory and aside from the moisturizers and the cleansers, the ingredients seem to be non-comedogenic (the use of glyceryl stearate bothers me in some of the products, as it is comedogenic. but i just am avoiding purchasing those products). This serum does have evening primrose oil, which is a bit concerning to me (i think its a 2-3 on the comedogenic rating scale) but I decided to give it a shot anyways. Other reviews are right- the smell is HORRID! It doesnt smell like meat to me, but more like rotting vegetation. I have to hold my breath when i apply it, but it applies easily otherwise. Its a bit sticky, but goes on nicely and spreads nicely. I am excited to see my results eventually! I do feel like my skin looks calmer already. My husband said my skin looks like its "relieved" and "has been given a break"- whatever that means! his words, not mine :)”

“This stopped my skin from flaking and seemed to help my skin barrier. The smell isn't the most pleasant at first but I stopped noticing it after a while.”

“Smells terribly, it is sticky, does not make my rosacea any better at all after two week using it. And using it acne has come back. A waste of time and money.”

“Has a funny smell and initially goes on sticky but both of these things quickly fade. Pleasantly surprised to find this serum quite moisturising and soothing. Make up goes on fine over the top too”
