“I don't like the new version of this cream as much as the old one. The new one doesn't smell of lavender at all in my opinion. The old cream in the jar was lovely.”

“I love this night cream. It's perfect if you want a simple moisturiser to layer on top of other products. I love the scent, it reminds me of a luxurious herbal spa. It's oily but not greasy, good for winter when central heating can dry out the skin. You don't need face oils with this. It doesn't have many obvious skin benefits, just a good solid product that leaves skin feeling baby soft.”

“Avez-vous changé de formule en même temps que le packaging ? Je ne retrouve plus la sensation d’hydratation et le produit m’a même piqué à l’aplication alors que j’utilisais cette crème de nuit depuis plusieurs années je suis vraiment déçu”

Bonjour Christine, Merci pour votre retour. Le changement de formulation le plus récent de la crème de nuit HydraSerene a eu lieu avant le changement de marque. Vos commandes précédentes dans un ancien emballage peuvent inclure des produits d'un ancien lot. Le changement comprenait l'ajustement des émulsifiants pour offrir une meilleure stabilité du produit, mais aucun changement n'a été apporté aux actifs et à leurs pourcentages, et l'objectif global du produit est resté le même. “I have always loved this night cream except that I am not a fan of the current packaging. I feel that there will be more wastage and the product seemed to sort of smell a little metallic. Definitely prefer the glass container.”
