We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve and better serve our customers. We understand how disappointing it can be to experience a product that does not meet your expectations, especially after having a positive experience with the previous version. We strive to maintain the quality and effectiveness of our products. The base formulation is still the same, and the level of actives is unchanged. The new additional benefits of gluconolactone (a gentle skin brightening PHA) and a microbiota-friendly active to help re-balance the skin. Following customer feedback, we removed the fragrance to make it more suitable for sensitive skin. While dry skin is often associated with colder months, it's also quite normal to experience dry skin during summer. The sun is a major culprit for dry skin in summer. Excessive sun exposure can strip your skin of its natural oils, leading to dryness and irritation. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun can damage the skin's protective barrier. Spending time in air-conditioned environments can also significantly dry out your skin. The cool, dry air removes moisture from the skin's surface. “I find this cleaner really gentle on my dry skin. Using other brands I have often been left with angry red patches on my face after cleansing but hasn't experienced this at all with the hydracleanse gel. Unlike with the moisturisers, I really don't mind the cleanser's tube packaging and find it works well enough. I'll definitely be repurchasing!”

“Happy with the product as I've been using it for a while now but so unhappy with the new tubes they now come in. This is no longer user friendly when you suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis, the stress and pain of trying to grip to open and squeeze to use :-(”

“Really unhappy with the changing of formula on Products without telling us prior , been using a wide variety of products from face theory and I won’t be ordering anymore. There is not ONE cleanser without actives , why wouldn’t you keep a non active as the non pro and develop the new product as a pro? There is a large community of us who feel like face theory has now become like other brands it’s really sad. I have over 8000 followers on Instagram and I was always pushing your products as I believed it them. It’s not the case sadly anymore sadly iv already had to find a different brand that is without actives.”

Following customer feedback, we have removed the fragrance to make it more suitable for sensitive skin and re-balanced some of the base ingredients to ensure the product texture doesn’t change over time.
