We strive to maintain the quality and effectiveness of our products. The base formulation is still the same, and the level of actives is unchanged. The new additional benefits of gluconolactone (a gentle skin brightening PHA) and a microbiota-friendly active to help re-balance the skin. Following customer feedback, we removed the fragrance to make it more suitable for sensitive skin. While dry skin is often associated with colder months, it's also quite normal to experience dry skin during summer. The sun is a major culprit for dry skin in summer. Excessive sun exposure can strip your skin of its natural oils, leading to dryness and irritation. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun can damage the skin's protective barrier. Spending time in air-conditioned environments can also significantly dry out your skin. The cool, dry air removes moisture from the skin's surface. “I find this cleaner really gentle on my dry skin. Using other brands I have often been left with angry red patches on my face after cleansing but hasn't experienced this at all with the hydracleanse gel. Unlike with the moisturisers, I really don't mind the cleanser's tube packaging and find it works well enough. I'll definitely be repurchasing!”

“Happy with the product as I've been using it for a while now but so unhappy with the new tubes they now come in. This is no longer user friendly when you suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis, the stress and pain of trying to grip to open and squeeze to use :-(”

“Really unhappy with the changing of formula on Products without telling us prior , been using a wide variety of products from face theory and I won’t be ordering anymore. There is not ONE cleanser without actives , why wouldn’t you keep a non active as the non pro and develop the new product as a pro? There is a large community of us who feel like face theory has now become like other brands it’s really sad. I have over 8000 followers on Instagram and I was always pushing your products as I believed it them. It’s not the case sadly anymore sadly iv already had to find a different brand that is without actives.”

“The cleanser it self is good, it’s a fair replacement of the refreshing cleanser. The issue is the packaging, it’s not great for face wash. Once you open the lid and get out some product, you have to either try get it back on and the product slides off your hand (tried both hands) or leave the package on the side without the lid and the product spills out. I won’t buy this again after I’ve used this even though I like the product. The product also dries around the lid so you get dries gelbits in the face wash. I need the pump back!”
