“This is a MUST HAVE! As a person of colour who typically suffers from dark marks and hyperpigmentation I am very impressed just how quickly this product gets to work. I’ve owned this serum for under 2 weeks and my dark spots on my arms have almost disappeared or have significantly reduced in their darkness. This product does not dry the skin or affect my skin in anyway negatively which I was really surprised about as initially I was doubtful of the lactic acid but it works really well as an exfoliating ingredient brightening the skin. I have now started to use the serum in other areas such as the underarms and can already see that the hyperpigmentation in this area has improved. Also the price is affordable!”

“I finished two bottles of this serum already. I would say there is an effect of lightening my melasma. Keeping to apply may have a better result.”

“I don't have post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, but I wanted to try this for my PIE (from hormonal acne) and redness around my nose. This is the only serum that has ever helped calm the long-term redness around my nose. I use it in the evening alongside my retinoid- it's incredibly gentle, so no irritation, and it works like a calming serum. I wake up in the morning with pale (as in no longer red) and surprisingly soft skin. This serum is fantastic, and if you have hormonal acne like I did then I would recommend using the Lumizela serum in the morning to treat and prevent breakouts and the Exaglow at night to calm down inflamed skin. A perfect combo!”

“Love this serum. Thought it might have stinged as it’s got lactic acid and my skin barrier was recently damage by overuse of actives. But it was super gentle and my hyperpigmentation started alleviate as soon as I started using this. The fluid is thick but not sticky and dries very quickly which is a must for me, easy to layer on top and no piling.”

“I used this on my hyper-pigmented areas and noticed lessening of the dark spots, there is still a way to go but I'm pleased with the initial results so far. It helped to reduce acne scars so it's definitely working, just slower on areas that have high lever of pigmentation but given time I hope it will reduce them even more”

“I have been using this product around twice a week for 3 weeks now and I've actually seen difference on my dark spots and redness already. It is still early but so far everything I have to say about the product is positive. It leaves the skin around my eyes kinda dry but nothing that a moisturiser can't fix. I cant wait to try the product for longer.”
