“The formula is great but the exfoliating particles are just way too harsh for the face and neck areas. I’m used to glycolic products but this caused me to have a massive flare up (redness and soreness). Possibly a good body scrub but definitely not for the face.”

“Thoroughly cleanses skin leaving it feeling fresh without any immediate dryness. No subsequent irritation unlike others I have used. Some bits of pumice are quite large but don't seen to scratch the skin. I found it was too harsh to be used daily though as my skin did start to feel tight after a week of daily usage. Should probably be used once or twice a week.”

“The product itself seemed to be working OK however the packaging again has let down a facetheory product.... opened my wash bag at the gym today and found the plastic lids broken and the product burst all out over my wash bag”
