“I love the moisturiser but I don't love the new packaging. It doesn't feel as luxurious as the old jar and if you don't put the cap back on right away the cream will ooze out.”

“The gentle lavemder scent is refreshing and the cream leaves your skin with a velvet feel. The new branding however does not provide a lid system that allows the tube to be pierced.”

“Great product. Really suits my skin and stops it feeling dry. I would like to carry on using it... I wish that we could have the old glass jar containers back though. The metal tubes are fiddly and messy and wasteful.”

“This is my 'usual' night cream, but repackaged in a tube and rebranded. The cream is good - just the right consistency, the lavender scent quite subtle. But I wonder why the need to put it in toothpaste style tubes that don't sit on a shelf quite as neatly as the small jars? Previous purchases (in jars) were also so easily identifiable with purple colour on the night cream and blue on the day cream - now they are identical with green text on a cream background with tiny text stating "night cream", for instance. Anyone who has removed their glasses to 'do their face' will struggle to identify one from another.”

“Although I really love the product, the new packaging is a nightmare. It is heavily contaminating the cream with aluminium from the packaging. I cannot understand the decision made to move to a metal base packaging from glass. Either way, I won’t be able to use the product any longer.”
