“Having read the reviews , I decided to go ahead and buy this product and had high hopes , have been using it for 7 weeks now twice a day as instructed . I don't have rosacea bad at all just some redness but I do think it could get worse , I also have a lot of pigmentation . I can't see any difference in the redness maybe a little fading of my brown spots but it's not worse either and the product feels lovely on my skin so I would definitely try other products . I have enough left to last a couple of weeks then I will decide if I will purchase again or not as it's not cheap so may try a different product instead . I am pleased that I found facetheory the service is good and always love finding products not tested on animals .”

“I work in an incredibly dirty factory (technically illegal conditions due to zero ventilation despite all the fibre particles and machine oil). I had a severe breakout 6 months ago when I started some new medication and due to my work my skin was constantly being further inflamed despite stopping the medication. I am 30 years old and even as a teenager only had the odd couple of spots prior. Within 2 weeks of using this in conjunction with the clari cleanse pro, there was finally improvement. 2 further weeks on and with continuous use (3 times a day on work days due to needing to clean my face at lunch time) my skin is basically completely clear and scarring improving daily. Absolute god send!”

Our formula for the Lumizela Serum has not changed since 2022, however there can be very slight variations in consistency or colour between batches due to the natural ingredients. “Only been using this for a couple of weeks now after my skin erupted in perioral dermatitis back on march (never had it before so wasn't sure how to tackle it at first) but between this and coconut oil, I think it's helping. Maybe too early to tell but the POD has spread, but it's far less angry than before. I alternative days using this and coconut oil”

“I was cautious initially as the advice is to not just launch in and use this serum but I found it to be fine and did not aggravate my skin at all. Its a lovely product and helps to even my skin tone and helps with small breakouts too. It is quite expensive but seems like it will last a while. A lovely serum.”
