“Nice blend of a high strength azelaic acid with other beneficial ingredients like oat. This did cause a tingling/prickling sensation for several minutes afterwards so I have paused on this one and am going to try other lower strength versions from other brands, with the aim of working back up to this one when hopefully my skin can tolerate it better. It would be nice if Facetheory included azelaic acid at lower percentages in other products, maybe 5 & 10%, to have more options.”

“Bestes Mittel gegen Entzündungen. Hilft sofort. Ich benutze es am Abend und in der Früh sind jegliche entzündete Stellen beruhigt, oft kaum noch sichtbar. Ich habe mehrere Produkte mit Azelainsäure probiert ( Ordinary, GIGI, …), aber diese hat die beste Konsistenz und Wirkung. Es gibt mir eine Art Sicherheit, weil ich weiß dass es wirkt. Ich kriege wortwörtlich Panik, wenn die Flasche leer wird”

“I'm 41 with dehydrated combo skin prone to breakouts particularly monthly hormonal ones and I also have melasma. I wanted to use this for at least a month before leaving a review. The product doesn't smell great but it's a very mild smell that quickly goes away. I do find it stings a tiny bit for a short amount of time but there is no further reaction such as redness. I've been using this daily in the morning before the amil- C whip moisturiser and it's my new holy grail product! I've had no breakouts, my skin is clearer and brighter and I'm sure my melasma is slightly less noticeable (although as I've used in conjunction with the moisturiser I can't be sure which product may have had that impact). Will continue to purchase”

“This is the rs. Smooths, moisturises, exfoliates and is anti-bacterial. You may feel a bit sensitive after the first few uses but my skin got used to it pretty quickly. Used morning and evening. I have combination problem skin so it was nice to find a serum that centered to pretty much all my needs. Works particularly well with the vitamin C moisturiser.”

“My husband has rosacea and very enlarged pores. This serum has considerably improved his skin condition. Since he started using it (about 3 weeks now) he's had no more breakouts. He's also using the Vit C facial cleanser and the Vit C face moisturizer 30FSP.”

“This has made a huge difference to my rosacea. My skin was previously inflamed and uncomfortable. Within a week, redness has reduced and calmed my skin which no longer is sore”
