“I have been using this for a few weeks and so far I’m finding it very good. The texture of it is lovely and it absorbs well into my skin. My melasma has started to fade and I’ve noticed a reduction in the hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. My skin hasn’t been as red and I’m hoping with prolonged use, I will no longer have any redness.”

“So far so good! Too early to tell how much it would impact my existing post-acne marks and hyperpigmentation, but I could already see impact on how my current acne spots do not develop into dark spots after healing. I have oily, acne-prone skin, and am darker skinned (South East Asian), and for me, since using this, the acne spots I get here and there heal as red marks, which then turn into my normal skin tone. What immediate results I’ve observed is that it helps with minimizing redness and irritation A LOT: visibly and almost immediately. If you’re new to azelaic acid, expect typical side effects like itching of the skin where you’ve applied it—not everywhere but generally wherever it was applied could experience mild itching, which goes away in less than an hour for me, maybe less. I’ve tried applying this last on top of a moisturizer and that helped with significantly reducing itching to almost eliminating it altogether (no, doing this does not reduce the efficacy of azelaic acid!). It’s supposed to stop happening after a couple of weeks once your skin has acclimated to azelaic acid. Will definitely recommend to others and will repurchase :) Side note: I ordered this from Canada and it took about 2 weeks to arrive, and customs held my package for like 2 days and they did open it to inspect lol. But I did not pay duties or taxes :)”
