“My absolute holy grail skincare product! I’m in my mid 30s and am prone to moderate acne. I used Skin+Me prescription acne treatment for about a year and had great results but didn’t want to be locked into a monthly subscription forever, so I shopped around for alternative products that contained the same ingredients. One of the 3 ingredients on my S+M prescription was Azelaic acid (the others being Niacinamide and tretinoin). So I bought this FT Azelaic acid serum and it is such a fantastic product. I apply once a day in the mornings before my moisturiser. It does a great job of keeping my acne under control (combined with Niacinamide which I now get from the FT amil-C whip moisturiser, and a prescription strength tretinoin cream). It helps with hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, and smoothing out my skin tone. It’s got a really nice creamy texture that feels very light and absorbs quickly, so I can apply moisturiser/SPF and it provides a good base for my makeup (including the FT foundation, which I also love). Can I also take a second to say how great FT’s customer service is. I recently fancied a change and decided to buy the porebright N20 pro serum instead of the Azelaic Acid serum, but the N20 just didn’t agree with my skin. I emailed FT and they’ve sent me an AA serum as an exchange for the N20, no questions asked. Can’t ask for more than that!”

“My absolute holy grail product that I can't be without. I have papulopustular rosacea and this keeps it under control, my skin has stayed smooth and redness is minimised. This product has a lovely texture for azelaic acid, not gritty or as pilly as the generic prescription version, while still having a high concentration. I love it!”
