“I bought this for Perioral Dermatitis, which reared it’s ugly head a couple of months ago. I was so excited to find something to not only help with that but my uneven skin tone. I’ve never had particularly sensitive skin but since I’ve been using this (two weeks) my entire face has broken out massively. I feel ashamed!! I’m unsure if this is normal (as in purging?) but if it doesn’t begin to clear up in a couple of weeks, I will stop using.”

“I've been using it a week and it's definitely started to improve things. My skin tone and texture are already much more even. So happy with it! I haven't experienced any irritation - made sure to do a patch test first - and it applies & absorbs into the skin beautifully as long as your face is still damp. Can't wait to see how much more my skin improves with continued use!”

“Seems to be doing the trick - I have been using for about 4 weeks and there signs that my blemishes are diminishing. Considering another bottle. At the beginning there were a couple of times I felt a searching sensation,especially after first doing a deep cleanse.”

“I had a flare up of rosacea and after doing some online research I found azelaic acid had been shown to improve this condition . I have used this product for under a week and already it has calmed my skin and I haven’t had any new papules . So pleased with the result and I would recommend it to anyone with rosacea . I tried soolantra which did help but azeclear has been better for my skin .”

Sorry to hear this. Do contact us at help@facetheory.com for a refund or exchange. There can be a knack to the pipette - you have to make sure you squeeze the bulb when it's out of the bottle and release once it's back in. It should dispense ok then. Jamie
