“This product so far I’ve used consistently but hasn’t made any difference to my skin whatsoever. Hasn’t cleared my spots or relieved my acne. Just makes my skin feel unnecessarily dry and peel all the time and I’m used to azelaic stingy but this feels extra. I wouldn’t recommend. I honestly wish I didn’t spend to get this product”

Regarding the 15% azelaic acid serum, it's important to note that this concentration can be potent and may cause irritation for some individuals. Everyone's skin reacts differently to active ingredients, and what works for one person may not work for another. The dryness and peeling you experienced could be signs of over-exfoliation, as azelaic acid can break down the outer layer of skin. Given your experience, it's best to stop using the serum to allow your skin to recover. Reintroduce it slowly by using it just once a week, and consider mixing the serum with your moisturiser to help your skin acclimatise to it. “Un siero delicato, con una texture morbida ed idratante. Lo utilizzo ogni mattino dopo l'acido ialuronico. Lo trovo calmante e lenitivo, adatto anche per tenere sotto controllo la pelle acneica. Ottimo!”

“This product has changed and no longer causes my skin to dry out so I'm happy with the formulation and how long the bottle lasts with each pump. This formula doesn't make my skin tingle anymore and I have noticed differences in the smoothness and reduction of scars on my skin. Thank you, Facetheory!”
