“I ordered F2 but the shade wasn’t right, I emailed customer service and they replaced it with F3 which is perfect. Such brilliant customer service and delivery was so quick. I’m building up a collection of facetheory products and so far I haven’t been disappointed by any”

“The foundation doesn't blend very well, and the tint is more cool toned whereas my skin has a warmer tone. It doesn't sit well on the skin without a primer.”

“Ich hatte die Foundation zunächst im hellsten Ton bestellt, was leider zu hell für meinen Hautton war. Die Abwicklung mit dem Kundenservice eine zweite dunklere Foundation geschickt zu bekommen lief einwandfrei. Die Foundation an sich ist sehr cremig und dementsprechend schmierig, sie gibt einen natürlichen Glow verrutscht jedoch (trotz Primer von facetheory), sodass nach ein 2-3 Stunden Tragezeit unschöne Schlieren auf dem Gesicht entstehen. Würde sie mir nicht noch einmal kaufen.”
