“I like a solid cleanser and I am enjoying using this on my face. At first I thought it seemed expensive but it is enormous! So it should last for ages and work out very economical for a facial cleanser. Although a smaller one might be a bit easier to handle and to travel with.”

“The smell is a little too strong and didn’t feel it did much difference to my skin, a little drying but good compared to other clay bars/cleansers. Good value for money too”

Hi Kate, We are so sorry to hear that you had a reaction. There are many elements that can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient that is simply too potent for your skin. Sometimes it's other products used at the same time or even external/environmental factors. “I have only used this bar on my face and it is brilliant for getting the every day dirt out and leaving my skin feeling cleansed and soft. I also find it helps the skin absorb the product I use afterwards well. I keep the bar in a wooden soap dish and it’s lasting ages. Great value for money. I recommend anyone with greasy acne prone skin to try this.”
