“I don’t usually write reviews but I thought I definitely have to for this one. I visited the Selfridges London studio today and had the radio frequency workout with Siobhan. WOW! 10/10, I honestly could not recommend enough. I’m quite into my medical grade skincare and I have facials quite often, this was most definitely up there with one of the best. The radio frequency part was amazing. Then the workout part came. which was something I wanted to experience the most and it didn’t disappoint. I felt totally relaxed the whole time, as I was a little unsure what to expect as other reviews have said it is NOT relaxing at all. Don’t get me wrong - at points it was very powerful, but Siobhan asked if the pressure was too much and changed anything to suit my needs. My skin is absolutely GLOWING right now and I hope this remains. I’m sculpted and completely de-puffed (which was my aim) and the difference when I sat up in the chair once we were finished was amazing, I felt like a new woman! Special mention to Siobhan who was totally lovely, so easy to talk to, made me feel at ease and is clearly completely educated on what she was doing! Thank you so much, I will most definitely be back. Can’t wait!”
“Even though this was a quick workout it was still really good. I added the new shot product on to this as well and for a few years I have had a dry patch of skin which no matter how much I moisturise it won’t go. After this workout and the shot it has gone. It’s been 3 weeks now since I went and my skin is still not dry. Well worth a pamper”

“I went in to have this treatment last week Thursday at Cole Drop Yard I’d heard a lot about Face Gym and after like most a crazy past year I’ve decided to start treating myself. I booked Radio Frequency and an booster hyaluronic roller. On arrival my trainer began by asking why I had booked this treatment. I explained that it was the one that seemed to do the most of what I was looking for. It then seemed there was a potential issue with the fact that I had one day stubble and that the hair could be burned. We spent almost 15 mins in what I felt was her trying to convince me not to have the service. After convulsion someone else it was decided we would try the area and see if I could handle it? It was very awkward and I was becoming uncomfortable. She then seemed to reluctantly continue.
Let me say that once that had happened the facial it’s self was not uncomfortable and I found it relaxing and interesting and I would have this treatment again.
However we completed at 5.30, 60 mins after I had arrived. The treatment is listed as 80mins, 70 for the treatment and 10 for the consultation.
She then proceeded to do the product sales of which bought 2 items.
I then said sorry but I had booked an booster of the hyaluronic roller to which she replied sorry I didn’t see that but actually you shouldn’t have that after this treatment anyway.
I got to the counter to pay and I had to ask for the booster to be removed from my bill.
Having left and re-elected on what took place for the money that was spent and the fact that I would like to have and have booked to try on Tver treatment, this service and the fact that I was done in 60mins has left me very disappointed with the way my appointment was handled. I have decided to cancel the following appointment at Cold Drop Yard and go to another branch.
Not the service I expected for that cost but the treatments so make your skin feel amazing.”
