“My trainer and everyone I interacted with were really wonderful, but the facial itself is horrible. Not worth the cost and my skin looks substantially worse after, than it did before. I’m really upset about how much I spent to essentially wreck my skin. I followed all the procedures and advice and yet the results are, candidly, awful. I don’t think I’ll ever return or recommend to others”
“I liked the environment, clean, light and comfortable. And I liked the trainer and the experience is novel. I was surprised the ems level was not increased above 4 or that I was not asked if we should try a higher setting. I get a better result at home with a stronger contraction. It's always nice to have someone take care of you. I probably will prefer to do it myself so I can control the level. #4 was very weak. I was mildly disappointed.”
