“the length of these very expensive facials is deceiving - saying it's 45 min including a 10 min consult means it's only a 35 min service and for sure my service was ONLY AND EXACTLY THAT 35 minutes. making the facialist try to sell more while they massage is also very disruptive to the whole experience- overall it was fine but it's a little deceptive”
“Well, it was interesting, and I think it helped...but two problems: 1) I signed up for the "Hands" but Cindy used the electrostim machine on me for 5 minutes or so. So I think I got the sculpt??? I wanted more massage/exercise time. 2) I thought I would learn some facial muscle exercises that I coul do at home, to help reduce my wrinkles and tone my skin, but when I asked about those options, Cindy said I should look at the videos on your website, and she didn't suggest anything except I should use a gua sha to rub my face, and buy the red rubber ball as well.”
