“Took place in a busy environment in Selfridges. Thought the price would at least mean a quiet and relaxing place. The person who did the treatment was very robotic and, although she knew all her lines about this treatment, I didn't get the sense that she was more broadly trained. The actual process was quite painful to the point where it made me hot. I broke out in small spots the following day (today).”
“I just had the most horrible signature hands work out at the St. John’s wood branch. I was given a new temp staff who barely new what she was doing. Was not value for money at all. Complete rip off.”
“This is my second time coming for a work out, the first time was amazing and the consultant was great at explaining the products and what I was looking for in my skincare, she was so great I booked another treatment and also booked my daughter in. We arrived and were sat down but no information was given about the treatment to either me or my daughter, they never asked what my daughter's skin was like or if there had been any changes to my skin, they didn't tell us what products they were using there really was little interaction. On the plus side my daughter enjoyed the treat, perhaps I was spoilt with the first visit as the lady was amazing, I won't be returning I felt an inconvenience unfortunately.”
“I just had my first one and now I’m worried that I have got hopelessly addicted. It’s an incredible experience. I had Anthea at the Coal Drops Yard who was out of this world. Who knew that hands could move at lightning speed? I will be back for sure ✔︔
