“I bought the ball to use to massage my facial muscles to relieve muscle spasms caused by tooth grinding. It was recommended in a Sunday Times ' Style' magazine. I can't reveiw it as the only instructions require skills with a mobile phone that I don't possess. It has not been used. A simple sheet of written suggestions would help. It's useless to me without them & there are still people in the world for whom written instructions are desired, like me. Or are you only there for young cell phone proficient people?”
“This is very disappointing. A crime fluent me the other facial massage ball which was great. The weighted ball does not compare even if I follow the online instructions.
The packaging was terrible and torn so the product was lose in the box and covered in dust. When I emailed to point this out. I was told to wash it.
Not great customer service.

“I haven’t used the non weighted ball before but this ball is a good addition to daily face gym routine. Feels nice after cleansing in releasing tension and before using face coach oil/ youth reformer.”
