I was about to write to you. I received my ball which I’m very happy with. The thing that was a bit disappointing is that the QR code for the tutorial on the inside of the lid did not work so I haven’t been able to use the ball yet. Please would you advise how I can access the tutorial? Thanks”
“Placed my first order, super excited. It arrives in a broken box, looks used and has label marks on it. Contact customer service which told me to just ‘rinse it under cold water’!!! Needless to say that obviously didn’t work. Not a great 1st experience and customer service is not great either.”
“I got this to help with tension in my jaw from bruxing and with constant use it has been alleviating the pain. However I’ve tried using it as intended, following the video on FaceGym’s website and it’s not great. Haven’t seen or felt any results. It’s expensive for what it is. If you want to see your facial muscles tone up, there are better tools”
