“My skin definitely feels revitalised after using the roller! However, not all the roller attachments have the 'rough' surface caused by the microneedles. I contacted Customer Services regarding one of my refills, which was completely smooth and obviously had no effect on my skin. Customer Services was extremely prompt and efficient and I was sent out another pack of refills. To date, one refill has the slightly abrasive surface caused by the micro needles but the 2nd one used was completely smooth on one side. This issue is obviously an ongoing problem and the rollers are not inexpensive - plus the fact they are only meant for one use.”
