“I was really disappointed after having read so many 5 star reviews. I suffer from hormonal acne and thought this was going to be a life saver. However I had to return it in the end. I did a patch test and was left for months with two lines of dark dots on my forearm where the bulbs had pigmented my skin. I'm so glad it was my arm and not my face - definitely patch test if you're going to purchase!”
“I have multiple areas that I need to use it on because it’s so small I have to keep moving it and it just turns off after one full 20 minute use. Then when trying to use it again it lasts about 30 seconds before turning off all I can think is overheating?”
