“Excited when package arrived but alarm bell started to ring when the package was not sealed and no delivery note attached.
On handling the FaceGym Pro, it felt very very cheap, the battery added no weight, the charging indication LED was cheap only red in colour, even using a tri colour LED would have helped. The unit took nearly a whole day to change as only USB cable provided at this price I would have expected a mains connector.
On powering up the unit and following the guide in setting and adjusting the audio levels was a joke, the tone being so low and the blinking of the LED’s a first year electronics student could have written better software.
Then I switch on the unit and only the top two power levels worked varied between very intense and a wet squid crawl. What can I say part from no QA and testing conducted on this product prior to release which explains probably why the unit did not arrive in a sealed box.

Now the positive part, the return process was simple and handled very efficiently by Oliver Rork customer services London. So a big thank you to Oliver. The total refund hit my account within 3 days.
Would I purchase this product again, probably not unless the product is advanced with new features and better quality control. If you really need a gimmick and it was priced around £80-100 and was functional then maybe.”
“Genuinely great product. Been using for 2 weeks and can see a difference in the tone of my face which was looking saggy. Had to work up levels as pretty intense machine. Using about half way but that is enough for me. Would recommend. I’m 52 so not just for the young!!”
