“Received my Facegym pro tool nearly 3 weks ago. Already it has developd a fault so not impressed as it is an expensive item. Have complained but not received a response yet.”
“I bought this in July thinking it will help sculpt my face as it boasts great results, however it has made my skin breakout with each of my two trials and have not used it since. This is meant to be an aesthetic enhancing product, it has made my skin breakout, and I do not have sensitive skin.”
“I bought this tool for my girlfriend for Christmas but she finds it too painful to use as it causes acute sensitivity in her teeth even on a low setting (she has had a crown and one root canal treatment).
She has contacted customer service on numerous occasions for advice and has had little or no response. She now wants to return it but again is getting no response to her emails to customer service.
We are both very unimpressed by a) the effectiveness of this tool, and b) the very poor level of service from ProGym. Please can someone contact us asap?”
“For the 1st two weeks this machine was great. However, by the 3rd week it seemed to have lost it's strength and although I was using it with plenty of get and on the stongest setting it was hardly doing anything. My face only felt a slight tingle. However, I carried on using it for another 3 weeks, but with so little power it hasn't done anything for me. I contacted customer services but it didn't seem to get me anywhere and was told how I should use it. Rather patronising I thought when I had explained that the machine was great for the 1st weeks weeks, so I obviously must have been using it correctly. I cannot get a refund as I purchased it on the 29th of September and it is now the 11th of October. What an expensive piece of rubbish.”
“I put a lot of serum on my face but the device doesn’t agree with my skin and has left red marks and scabs on my face when my skin was clear before. I left my skin for a few days to recover and tried again and it did the same. I called to asked to return it but they wouldn’t give me a refund as I had opened to use it. A lot did money lost for me and really bad poor customer service, I’m not too sure who to escalate to to get a refund.”
