“Takes a bit of getting used to. It’s really awkward to put on. You have to take the 2 electrodes out of the mask to charge them and they’re not that easy to get back in. The charge doesn’t last for many uses (and neither does the included serum). I’ve used it every day for two weeks and can’t see any difference. Not sure if I’ve made an expensive mistake.”

“I’m into about week 4 of using my new device. Until this week my usage has been a bit haphazard due to having a new kitchen fitted and all that entails in terms of additional work, stress and people in the house. Anyhoo, when I have been able to use it I’ve found it really easy to fit, easy to use and navigate when it’s on my face. The treatment feels pleasant at the lower levels and obviously more intense at the higher levels.
