“Fits easily into my morning routine just an extra 10 minutes and because it's not attached to any leads I can move around and do other things. So easy to use. After a few minutes, when my muscles have 'warmed up', I can adjust the intensity level.
Having separate, adjustable controls is useful too as I find one side of my face needs a stronger input than the other.

“I am amazed at how short people's reviews are because this is not a cheap product and there is some trial and error in how you get it to work optimally. There are a few things that should be detailed out. I have had this product since BF Nov sales.
I use it every day and use both the settings one after the other. I found this was the most effective method and showed immediate results. At 40, I dont have any major wrinkles as yet nor dark circles, my problem is puffiness (lifestyle and genetics). So my rating of 5 stars comes from that it does bring my bring my puffiness down and gives a lift instantly which I can say no eye cream alone can do. The fact that I use it every day (use it in the am or pm - doesnt matter). The key is you're creating muscle memory and thats important to understand for facial muscles.
Also starting with a low setting is a good idea. Your eyes will twitch like crazy initially but all good (I found it amusing) - by now I use the highest setting and it feels like light, vibrating pulse currents as my eye muscles are more accepting. You do need to charge it often (unlike the facegym pro which can last an entire month) but easy to charge and done in a couple of hours.
I have tried it using different amounts of conductor gel/collagen infusion serum. The latter works best (dont use aloe vera gel pls) when applied to the conductors but when you apply too much or also on your face then I experienced it doesnt conduct well. The best conduction happened when I use an oil free face mist on my face or eye cream and applied the infusion serum to the nodes - that was when I felt most impact. This is not a cheap product so I hope it does have the longevity to get the money's worth. You can use it sitting or lying down. I find it useful to use whilst being off camera on Teams all day in meetings or at night before I sleep. Those who are prone to migraines may find that sometimes it helps and sometimes it makes your headaches worse - so be aware and listen to your body as you know yourself best. I also clench my jaw a lot when I am using it so be mindful to unclench your jaw if you are doing the same :) - go buy it - its a luxurious, easy way of selfcare and skincare for those who want their eyes to stay perky without invasive or minimal effort!”

“This is a very expensive waste of money. I have used this, the hyaluronic roller and the ball for a couple of months and they do not help whatsoever. The rubber mask is very difficult to put on and keep on as the straps slide off the back off the head and tightening them leaves big, unsightly mask shaped indentations across my face. It is also very fiddly to take out and re-insert the little electrical ports with the power buttons. Please don't waste your money, this does not lift or help your face in any way, it is uncomfortable, the electrical current doesn't even extend to the jawline so it cannot possibly help this area. Overall, there is no difference using this gadget, in fact, I personally feel my face looks worse since I started using it. There is no help from customer services, who just insist 'youre using it wrong'. No I am not using it wrong', there's only one way to use it and it's bloody useless. The 'ball' is also a useless gimmick...a stress ball would serve the same purpose. Waste of time and money.”
“I have recently received this eye mask….on first use I noticed that the treatment leaves indents in the skin around the eye ! Which took about 45 mins to finally go!! Hmmm am not satisfied with that at all …did message Customer Service but am yet to receive a reply …..so I am not happy thus far ….it’s an expensive bit of kit and am disappointed that I am left with indents after each treatment ….please can you respond Customer Service!!!”
