“Initial problems with one side holding charge. Facegym was helpful in resolving the problem. But a year later it completely stopped working and as i’m a few days past the warranty period they have refused to help.”

The sensation is quite pleasant in one of the modes and stimulating on the other mode.

“The medi lift is insane!! Very powerful so definitely start on the lowest setting. I have the face gym pro already which I previously loved however as I’m aging I’ve noticed muscle loss in face. After using the medi lift for just 1 week I popped out to get a bottle of wine and the lady behind the counter asked me for ID! I was slightly confused as to what she meant as surely she couldn’t be asking me for an age ID. I continued to tell her I was 51 and she didn’t believe me. I pulled out my drivers license to show her and we both giggled. The best compliment I’ve ever had! She thought I was younger than 18!! I can’t say I look that young but my face tone has massively improved already so would 100% recommend!!”
“Be very wary buying this product because if anything breaks you can’t get a replacement. I currently have this product that doesn’t work only because the extender strap won’t stick. I have asked for a replacement strap only to be told the manufacturer is in Japan and won’t ship to the Uk. I asked if Facegym could get one from them and forward to me and again was told no! I paid a lot of money for this and can’t use it merely because of the strap! I appreciate warranties don’t last forever but surely a replacement strap is not too much to ask for. I have bought so many other products and I’m hoping nothing goes wrong with them!! When I asked for their complaints procedure I was ignored.”

And what I love about facegym products that all their devices are made in JAPAN, which very rare nowadays. It’s of higher quality and best device I have ever had!!
