“You pay for a product to receive a QR on how to use it for maximum results ..... QR code doesn't work. Whilst the cream has a nice texture it doesn't appear to do much overall very disappointed and would not recommend”

“This is my first purchase of the moisturiser and whilst I really like the cream the packaging is awful. You only need a little of the cream and its spreads and covers beautifully. My skin positively glows when I use it.
However the plastic cover inside the pot is a nightmare to get off and it’s got dimples in it which the cream gets stuck too and is hard to remove. The first time I took the lid off it literally flew across the bathroom and I ended up with cream everywhere which is didn’t want for an expensive cream. Please look at the design facegym it is truly awful.”
“I love this face cream, but the packaging is tricky to use, and very basic. The refill detaches easily from the main container and can cause problems of spillage.
Otherwise, I can't wait for my next Face Gym session!”
