“I have used this for three treatments. The first time, despite following the detailed tutorial, I lost a lot of the serum, and it was all gone before I was able to complete both sides of the face. Perhaps I was heavy handed too as my skin was very sore and red for hours afterwards. I waited a week but persevered and 2nd/3rd time there was a lot of serum left after I had treated both sides of my face (I just tipped out and pressed in). This time skin felt soft and smooth and no angry skin reaction but not convinced there is a wow factor here. I bought two refills so will continue to use. I like it but not blown away unlike other Face Gym gadgets I love.”
“I have absolutely loved using the Faceshot and would definitely recommend it to everyone. I suffered from bad acne during the pandemic and this left scars on my cheeks, which just didn't seem to fade. After using the Faceshot three times (every other day), I found that my scars had faded considerably - and a lot more than they have in the last year!
I felt that using the Faceshot gave my skin a nice glow and it always made my skin feel nice and soft after using it. My only complaint about it was that I always struggled to fill the cartridge with the ampoule without spilling some of the serum. The first time, I couldn't quite manage to get the lid clicked onto the cartridge properly and I lost about half of the serum. The other two times, I was a lot more successful but some of the serum still seemed to leak a little. However, there was still more than enough serum to cover my entire face and I still really enjoyed using the product! I think I'll get better at it with a little more practice.”
