“First application did not go that eady with a lot of serum spilled but as of the second application it went better and better. After 6 applications - first week every other day and now weekly - I feel my skin feels smooth and looks blushed. “Very much wanted to try when first available, unfortunately very underwhelmed with the product. The ampoules simply drain out of the micro needle insert- you have to be quick to put the insert in the device. I do see some brightening effect, however having only been able to use 2 ampoules I will need to buy more to see long term effects.”
“I have now used this product 6 times (I purchased extra refills), and I am just disappointed with the way the serums provided leak through the cap and get wasted on the first half of my forehead. I rewatched the tutorial video many times and am really not putting that much pressure. I gave this product a good try, but I wish I didn't buy it.”

This is quite disappointing as I find it wasteful to use another ampule or not satisfying to use the product with no serum.
