“It is very easy to use and clean. I use it on the evening and notice the following morning my skin tone is even and it looks like plumped. I will alternate this with the other treatments and see how my skin looks in the long term.”

“Haven’t really noticed any difference to my skin, but find the device these shots go in very awkward, generally the liquid leaks and the top gets stuck in the device so I have to get the tweezers out to remove it.”
“I hoped to love this but am now not sure. I’ve gone to use my face shot for the 2nd time and the capsule would not load into the device, resulting in the liquid draining out and the needle now unusable. I’ve watched the video on the site multiple times, but the QR code that meant to have the fuller instructions doesn’t work, at least not for me.
Part of the reason I purchased this was because the trainer told me that it would be easy to use because of the videos.
Now I’ve wasted a capsule. I plan on taking it back to the store at which I purchased it, and hopeful they will either replace the equipment or allow me to refund the device. Based on other reviews. I’m not sure this will happen. But something’s not working.”
