“I bought the device but now I can’t find the refills to bug more. Apparently Face Gym doesn’t sell this product anymore?? Is this true?
A hefty bill to use only until the first refills run out.”
“I bought this device a few years ago and I’ve had similar experiences to several of the people who have written reviews. I have read and re-read and watched the video on how to use this, which were all very in-adequate and unclear. Similar issues to other reviews In that the serum leaks out and goes everywhere and the the lid gets stuck and can only be removed with tweezers. A waste of time and money , really unhappy”
“Not as straight forward to apply. Been using the device once a month for the last couple of months but haven't noticed a drastic change/improvement of my skin just yet.”
“Followed instructions and when I poured in the ampule the liquid just all came out the bottom ( which had a little plastic cap on) so wasted the full thing. Used another… no visible difference to face but I will use for a few month and then see. My face now is a bit sore has little holes and red marks hoping these go.”
“I have bought the micro needling device assuming was the best in the market. After fully charging the device… the device turns off and goes back on after switching it off and back on. I have requested a refund as I was really dissatisfied with the devise and was asked to send a video. Overall very disappointed”
“I am waiting for a refund as the faceshotis faulty but no one from faceshot replies the liquid falls out when using it and the bottom of the ampoule stays at the bottom of the machine and the only way to remove it is by tweezers hopefully someone will respond”
“Pretty disappointed with this tool. I experienced the following issues which I now understand to be pretty common:
All of the liquid pours out of the needle cylinder, even when lid is on and pours out when using the system (not distributed in small amounts)
2. There is a little circle of white cushioning around the needles and this pushes up, stopping the needles from being able to penetrate the skin
3. At the end, the lid remains in the tool and you need tweezers to remove it.
Lastly, customer services were ok once I managed to get hold of them. But as there is no phone number, only email, you can be waiting 1-2 days for a response each time email them which is pretty frustrating.
My mum bought the same tool at the same time and has experienced similar problems with it, so that’s 2 out of 2, but her experience with customer services has been even worse.
Had high hopes for this after being such fans of the treatments at Facegym.”
