“Because of the small adjustment tolerance on my table saw the length was critical. I held a spare that supposedly was a 15”. In fact I needed a belt that was 15” outside length. I phoned the company and having explained the requirement asked that they confirm the outside length was indeed 15”. I was assured it was and ordered accordingly. When it arrived it was 15 3/4”. I decided to go to another company and they got one from stock which was labelled as 14.25” and this measured exactly 15” outside. Perfect. I have requested a refund 3 times from the original company but no one is responding. That sums up this company.”
