“I really didn’t want to do this as I’ve never had a problem with Wrappz but I placed my order on 15th July, it got dispatched on 17th July and still no product. I reported it on 28th July and got a response that someone would look into it but have heard nothing since despite chasing numerous times. I’ve used Wrappz in the past and always been so happy so will always use again but I just want to know what is going on this time and where my product is?”
