“I was initually happy with my purchase, but after 1 month of very careful use (I never dropped my phone and I always carry it in my bag), a small crack appeared next to the volume button and began spreading, and after a while, a piece of the “tough” case as you call it broke... I bought the product 2 months ago and I think it shouldn’t break that quickly.”
