“Ordered it on the first of October so that it would come in time for the 17th as the phone case was a birthday present. I had emailed the company to ask for what was happening to the phone case around the 10th october as I had just picked standard delivery (5-10days). To be told that the provider of these certain phone cases had given them a supply situation. I gave them an extra 10days so it will have been around the 20th when I messaged them at this point meaning that this point the phone case would not be in time for the intended birthday. To finally get told that the phone case had finally been shipped. I did finally get the phone case around the 30th but at this point it had missed the whole birthday date and all the scuffle to do with getting the case has certainly put me off from your company. However the case was excellent and had the personalisation I had asked for with a high standard finish. Overall I believe the waiting time was appalling and wouldnt recommended your company to any family or friends unless the phone case wasnt needed for a certain date.”
