“I’ve always bought my cases from Wrappz and have always been happy with my purchases, but this time it was a waste of my money, firstly the outer layer of the case for my iPhone prevents the loud speaker option to work properly. When I put the phone on speaker the person at the other end of the phone cannot hear me. I dropped the phone on my floor boards once and the out case has cracked. To say it’s called a tough case I’m confused as to why that would happen. I’m so disappointed with my purchase and it’s a shame because normally my tough cases when order last me for many years. I haven’t even had this one for 3 months good and it’s useless now”
