“I ordered a PS5 skin at the start of December, plently of time for this to be delivered regardless of the postal strikes and weather. Still I havent recieved my order with only a few days until Christmas. I didnt recieve any order confirmation or tracking details so have no idea where my order is or if its even shipped. I emailed to queried the location of my order, to be told it was the strikes. I have order numerous other items after this was ordered and from further locations, yet everything else has arrived but not this. A tracking number, order confirmation and an honest response would be helpful. If my order hasnt arrived by tomorrow, I will be raising a dispute to get my money back. This has been a worrying experience and added stress that customers dont need!”
