Hi Kyli, im sorry you didn't like your free phone skin. Our skins use patented 3M technology and should adhere to your device extremely well so if you feel there is an issue please contact our support staff at info@wrappz.com. We do also offer personalised hard cases and faux leather cases so perhaps you would prefer one of those.

“ordered the 8 picture personalised phone cover and pictures were very clear. Only issue was that the alignment of the photos changed when I zoomed in to 2 of the photos and so this amended the lines in between the pictures. I was offered a £5 voucher for another cover and an explanation of why the photos didn't line up. I accepted the voucher on the basis i wasn't going to get another phone cover in place of the other. I am pleased with the photo quality and the delivery service was excellent.”

Hi Rachael, just to clarify, when designing your case you positioned your images in such a way that made the dividing lines uneven and you have been given a voucher to design a replacement case for just £5, send us the order ref once ordered and we will make sure it has been designed perfectly this time, thanks

“I expected this to be a silicone skin as the price reflected what I would pay on average for a silicone type skin. When my product came it was just a sticker with my design printed on it and I was disappointed. I Could have printed off a sticker myself. Although if a sticker is what you're looking for, the printing quality was good.”

“I ordered what was described as a phone cover. What I received was a stick on decal affair that could only be described as rubbish. This was a free offer from O2 so I am just glad that I hadn't paid the 9.99 it was supposed to be worth. I will certainly avoid Wrapz.com.”
