“I ordered an item using the O2 voucher code. And thank god I did and not paid the £7.99 + £2.50 posting. Frankly the skin (sticker) that I received was of poor picture quality and don't feel it is or should be classed as a skin. I am overall very disappointed to have paid £2.50 for the product I have received.”

“The mug itself is ok. It's more the website to design it is not good. It leaves too much to guess work as to exactly how it will come out. ie what pictures and text will be where in relation to the handle. Also the pictures are smaller than I expected them to be and also a bit unlevel. The design page needs to show a 3D image of the finished design. Not that impressed with it.”

Hi Jagmohan, im sorry to hear that you were disappointed, we do explain exactly what the skins are with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. You ordered an adhesive skin which is made using patented 3M vinyl which has special adhesive meaning it can be applied, repositioned and removed with no residue, it also has micro-channels for bubble free adhesion, We do also offer cases so perhaps you would prefer one of those next time.
