“After attempting to contact you via email on 3 occasions reference my recent order I'm left with little choice but to say my experience has been poor. The use of the online system is easy and straight forward. The file I attached may have been poor in resolution but it looked ok initially. What I've received is poor as it's blurry and looks bad. I wanted to know if it could be reprinted using a better image? I've had no response as yet!”

“Poor quality product. Still waiting on another product I ordered can bet that will be poor quality as well. Emailed 6 times no response and called 63 times in 3 days with no response. I will not been using this company again. I feel embarrassed for the company at how poor their customer service is and the quality of the product.”

Hi Ebere - you ordered a skin which is an adhesive vinyl cover, we do all we can to explain what these are with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. We do also sell hard cases and faux leather cases so perhaps you would prefer one of those next time.

“Skin didn't fit, too small. It also covered the flash and the speaker. The template sent was nowhere near suitable. I would like to decline the 15% off offer.”
